In the earlier days, humans used to hunt for food and living. This meant that they got engaged to exercises without lifting weights or exercising in the gymnasiums. But, now things are made so easy that we do not need to indulge into any kind of exercises. This has made our bodies prone to diseases like never before. Now, everything is just a phone call or mouse click away. The easy life of today has restricted mankind to do even a small bit of exercises, which is required to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
In these easy times, it is important to maintain the basic foundation of health that can come only with a healthy diet and lots of easy yet effective exercises. One does not need to run a marathon to be fit, a walk or run of 30-40 minutes per day is more than enough to be in good shape and stay away from ailments. A healthy and nutritive diet in the form of 5-6 short meals per day is necessary to ensure proper functioning of body organs besides complete growth and development of body. Furthermore, the body must be given an adequate sleep of 7-9 hours a day so that it can grow and rejuvenate on a daily basis.
It is necessary to realize that the role of health in your overall development can just not be neglected at any time. If you are neglecting the usefulness of healthy diet, you are doing no good for yourself and the earlier you realize this, the better.
